The structure rests on a concentric rotating disk on which the whole house pivots so that it is able to follow the movement of the sun. The rotation is controlled from your phone by an app with a very intuitive and easy-to-use software. The house is capable of making a complete 360 degrees turn in a period of approximately one hour, without being barely noticeable. It can also be left fixed.
