- Getting in touch with an expert advisor - each of the listings we present has contact details for the expert advisor who deals with it. Contact him or her if you would like to find out more about a particular property.
- Getting in touch with us directly - if you do not find your dream home among the listings we present, contact us directly and we will search the offers for you using our internal database of properties for sale as well as those of other brokers.
- Property presentation - if a proposal we make appeals to you, we will arrange a visit, during which you will personally see the property. You will be accompanied by our expert advisor.
- Purchase offer - making a purchase offer is the first stage in finalising the transaction. We will advise you on the price to offer and help you establish the conditions under which the purchase should take place. Our expert advisor will pass this information on to the seller on your behalf.
- The notary - if your offer is accepted, we will arrange a meeting at the notary. We cooperate with many reliable notaries in Poland and abroad. Our expert advisor will accompany you to the notary where he will ensure that the transaction is properly completed.
