The premium real estate office Crystal House was established in 2007 by Dariusz Przewocki. From the very beginning, the company was active in the area of trading in luxury and exclusive properties. The first transactions were carried out on the Warsaw market, which is one of the best Polish locations in terms of attractive flats and houses for the most demanding clients.
Thanks to the dynamic development of the premium real estate market, Crystal House's transactional volume grew steadily, which allowed the company to expand its team and start operating on other Polish local markets - in the Tri-City, Kraków, Wrocław or Poznań. The company's offer also began to include attractive and unique properties located away from the main urban centres, i.e. palaces, stud farms or properties with access to the coastline.
With time, the Crystal House team established business relations with luxury real estate agents from outside Poland, thus gaining access to top offers from southern Europe - mainly from France, Spain and Portugal. Dariusz Przewocki's business contacts in the USA meant that our offer also included flats and houses located in Florida.
In 2021. Crystal House partnered with world-class luxury interior architect Sergey Kovalenko. The brand SD Design Lux Interior Service was created, which provides interior design and arrangement services for the most demanding clients and is also a representative of top interior design brands in Poland. SD Design Lux Interior Service not only designs interiors, but also carries out turnkey renovations, finishings and other construction works.
Since 2022, the Crystal House brand has been present in Marbella, where Dariusz Przewocki has opened an office. This is our first permanent overseas office, which serves all regions of Spain, as well as Portugal, the south of France, Italian Tuscany and Croatia. We are planning further expansion abroad.
