Exclusive residential project of wine estates located in the Serranía de Ronda, that includes a membership to Bodega La Melonera (with right to receive a certain number of bottles of wine each year). Designed by the architects Torras and Sierra, in each of the 28 estates (with sizes between 5-7 hectares) there is a country villa perfectly integrated into the landscape and with two styles to choose from: classic or contemporary. The well-known two-Michelin-star Bardal restaurant from Ronda is now located in La Melonera.
Located in a privileged setting, Haciendas are in the heart of one of the best preserved areas of the Mediterranean dehesa, a unique landscape home to centennial holm oaks, alongside the rich cultural heritage of its nearby town, Ronda. The inspiration of great artists and poets, the town offers a rich culinary tradition as well as a wide range of cultural and leisure services.
As a distinctive element, each of the estates has a private vineyard where the future owner can produce his own wine according to his preferences. This makes The Wine and Country Club a unique concept in southern Europe, only for a select few, who will be able to find in this project a welcoming land and a character focused on a quality lifestyle.
Each of the estates, ranging in area from 12,5 to 18,5 acres, will have an Hacienda. The Hacienda will be carefully placed in harmony with the landscape, to be perfectly integrated with the natural ecosystem amidst the holm oaks and the vineyards.
Filled with light, comfortable and exquisite taste, they incorporate the most advanced technology in energy efficiency and comply with all the environmental and ecological protocols of the area.
The owners of the Haciendas will enjoy an exceptional way of life, with a wide range of services and amenities with the highest level of refinement. The Wine and Country Club will provide all the necessary services such as a concierge service, hospitality and exclusive leisure programmes.
As a distinctive feature based on our passion for history and local farming tradition, we are developing an ambitious programme for the recovery of native grape varieties, thanks to in-depth research.
The Wine and Country Club is located in an area of centenary holm oak forests and pasture land, meticulously cared for to ensure that the setting and natural surroundings are an essential trademark and characteristic of the project. Hundredyear-old holm oaks, vast gall-oaks and other plant species of the Mediterranean woodland make up a unique ecosystem that is preserved and kept strong and healthy thanks to The Wine and Country Club’s commitment to the environment.
This is a 4-bedroom villa already completed and ready to move in.
