The Villa Vista Mar y Golf is in an exposed location in Nova Santa Ponsa. This location not only offers fantastic views from the sea to the golf course, but also an exclusive neighborhood. A villa with a pitched roof has now become a villa with a roof terrace, on which approx. 200 m2 of usable space has been created. On this roof terrace there is also a summer kitchen with all the installations, not only to enjoy the sun to the fullest, but also to be spoiled with culinary delights long after sunset and to enjoy the Mediterranean way of life. Furthermore, there is a pre-installed connection for a jacuzzi and for Mallorcan pergola shading.

The entire villa is equipped with first-class materials. The floors in cream-colored natural stone, which leaves a noble impression due to its nature. The traditional Mallorcan natural stone, which comes directly from the ground below, was partially attached to the walls. All interior doors are custom-made and installed floor-to-ceiling in polished oak. We also use this first-class material for all built-in wardrobes and dressing rooms. The windows are provided with electric blinds, where approx. 90% of the windows are floor-to-ceiling and ceiling-high. The technology also meets the highest standards. The entire villa is equipped with underfloor heating and air conditioning. The electricity is generated by an air heat pump in combination with photovoltaics. Due to the excellent insulation, we achieve the status of a passive house here. Smart Home enables the owner to control various functions electronically and remotely.
