Plot of land with rice fields, mountain and sea views, inserted in the Comporta Retreat condominium in Carvalhal, with a total area of 4.197,5 sqm and a maximum construction area of 550 sqm. The architectural project, designed by the studio Fragmentos, is for a villa with a unique and distinctive concept, consisting of 6 suites with patios, a 95 sqm lounge with dining area and a 60 sqm swimming pool. The project was conceived by reintroducing the patio as an element of communication and articulation between the interior spaces, creating moments where the exterior and the interior come together, enabling the understanding of space, its scales and the connection with nature through the use of earthy tones and natural materials.
