The original single-storey country house with thick walls dates back to the early 18th century. The first extension, on the ground floor, was carried out in 1989. The extension of the living room and the master bedroom and bathroom on the upper floor dates from 2004, maintaining many of the original features and details of a typical village house, such as the oven and fireplace in the old kitchen, which in the past was the heart of the house.
This four-fronted 3-bedroom villa is set in a 1000m2 plot and comprises an equipped kitchen, a bright living room with a fireplace, three separate suites that ‘accompany’ the changes the house has undergone over time. It has a gas heating system throughout the house and space to park two cars.
Outside, there is a sunny patio, a garden, a barbecue and a swimming pool with unobstructed views of the mountains and the typical village that is very characteristic of this green and thriving region of Portugal.
